"Great customer service. Crew worked quickly to fix the problem. Very knowledgeable about basement waterproofing"

"They did a great job on the foundation repair adding 8 push piers and successfully moving the foundation back into place. However, in their rush they put a hole in the back of my house with the backhoe and it took them almost 6 months to repair and repaint the damage. I still recommend them since they were the only ones with the correct foundation fix."

"We had an attached screened-in porch that was sinking.Acculevel came in and detailed every aspect of the repair project and then followed thru to the most minuet detail. Excellent work and very detail oriented. Friendly and cooperative service team that completed the work. This seemed like what was going to be a complicated job, using augered jacks, concrete removal, and replacing trex floor. ...In a nutshell, they made what seemed hard..very manageableand 100% solved.Excellent service, excellant price......Terry M."

"I have nothing but praise for Innovated Earthworks LLC! They executed an outstanding job on our new concrete patio in the backyard and the front porch deck they constructed. The transformation is remarkable, and the final outcome is truly beautiful. The owner is exceptional—extremely knowledgeable, respectful, diligent, and dependable throughout the entire process. It is rare to encounter a company that demonstrates such a high level of professionalism and commitment. Overall, they deliver top-notch quality work. If you require any concrete services, I wholeheartedly recommend Innovated Earthworks. No job is too big or too small; just reach out to Trent Ball!"

"Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."
