"We recently had a team work on our home to fix a variety of foundation problems. In short, good communication and friendly customer service. Our sales rep Michael Freddolino was great. He was quick to respond to my first call and followed up without pestering when my husband and I dropped the ball and explained everything in a way we could understand it. Austin, Johnathan, Chris and Isaiah were the crew who worked at the house and were the nicest and most respectful group of workers. They were careful with our home, inside and out and cleaned up any mess that was made. They communicated very well with us to let us know how the progress was going and other items they ran into so they could be resolved right away. And if you can believe it, we ended up spending less than was originally estimated! I would definitely recommend them."

"Henry did a fantastic job repairing our paver patio! They we able to restore our sunken patio with a new and very stable base. The quality of their work is outstanding, and the edging was better than the original patio when it was new. They were able to re-use our existing pavers, which saved us a lot vs new materials. "Project started out well with great communication to set up initial appointment for quote. The overall job turned out well; but once they won the business, the project was mismanaged and communication was poor. There was an overall lack of supervision on the project. It was scheduled for late November. At the time of scheduling, I asked if job would be negatively affected by snow and cold weather and if I should wait to schedule until Spring the following year. I was assured that winter weather would not cause a problem. Luckily, the concrete was poured prior to several snow storms, but the concrete was not sealed until Spring the following year. The project entailed replacing all sidewalks, a driveway and building a raised patio. The patio measurements were incorrect twice. The second incorrect measurement led to my underground sprinkler line being cut. My sprinkler line was also cut in a second location in spite my pointing out where the underground sprinkler lines crossed under the concrete. Hoses were dragged through my garden with no regard for above ground misters. Several were snapped off. The repair bill when sprinkler system was turned back on in Spring was high, and Legacy agreed to reimburse me for some of the damages. They never followed through in spite of my calling in to check on reimbursement."

"We recently had our foundation repaired. It was a very daunting, stressful situation - especially thinking of the total cost. Complete Basement Systems provided an excellent quote for both short term and long term solutions while staying at a reasonable price. The crew that did the actual repair did a great job and were very professional. As far as customer service, it could’ve been better. We were put on the list to complete our project sooner if time opened up. However, we were only given 1 business day (not even a filled day) notice. Also, while I put the caller on hold to see if we could adjust our schedules with such short notice, she proceeded to tell her CO-worker how crazy it was the SHE was put on hold. I didn’t appreciate that. Also we received various calls throughout the process and most of them were towards the end of the business day. This is fine, but it does take longer to resolve issues when notified at the END of the day without an opportunity to call back to resolve said issue. Overall, good experience. I’m happy with the end results."

"This project was simple landscaping clean up, trim bushes, repair edging, prune trees, etc...but as stated above that's one thing I really like about Centennial is they have been in business long enough to handle any type of job from small to complete landscaping.  They do get busy sometimes, but trusting that you are hiring someone who provides quality and backs up their work is worth it to me."

"Very well! Courteous, respectful, truly listened to my questions, explaining his answers until I understood the situations thoroughly. I have very little experience/knowledge in home repairs I am an elderly female..... EASILY could have been price gauged and/or taken advantage of my lack of knowledge concerning the repairs needed. Chris, and his employee, did NOT do this. My property's work had to be fitted around the weather, so completion took a while. This was fully explained to me, as it occurred. My availability schedule was wide open, so weather was not an issue for me. Chris was even working into darkness, in order to complete the jobs in a timely fashion. His employee even worked in a surprise snowstorm. No disrespectful words, or foul language, out of either of them. If they generated any trash or debris, they promptly removed it. Chris even picked up anOTHER company’s trash that had been left strewn throughout my property (lunch break debris)! This is a “Christian business “, which was irrelevant to my needs. Chris did NOT press any evangelical remarks on me…it had no bearing on my decision to hire him. He did good quality work. His company may be fairly small compared to some, but Chris has the knowledge, and the drive, to grow his company, due to his honesty, perseverance and hard work. If I had had any problems or issues with the work holding up over the long haul, I haven’t any doubt that Chris & his crew would come back, fixing whatever the issue might have been."

"Jose and his employees were great to work with. I got 2 bids on my job. The first was done via phone with pictures. The price was very reasonable. The second was from Jose, who showed up at my home and assessed the situation. The cost was higher but I think the first bidder, when he got to my home would have seen the problems associated with the job and raised his bid. Either that or the quality would have been a great deal below what I received from Cardenas Concrete. In addition, Jose suggested that I contact the plumbing company that caused one of the problems associated with the project. I did and that company corrected that problem at zero cost. I am a big believer that you get what you pay. In this case, a high quality concrete installation with which I am 100% satisfied and for which I give Cardenas Concrete and Jose Cardenas my highest recommendation."
