"I live in Bayonne, New Jersey, and my husband actually spotted the guys from TriStone Masonry & Restoration working a couple of streets away from us and decided to give them a call. I?ll admit, I wasn?t too happy about hiring another contractor at first because we?d had a terrible experience with the last company we used and had been messed around quite a bit. But I have to give these guys credit ? they completely changed my mind. From the moment they started working, they were professional, respectful, hardworking, and showed us exactly what they were doing. They repaired the liners on our front step, got everything looking right again, and repainted the step beautifully. The finished result is absolutely stunning. Every single one of the guys was lovely to deal with, and you could see that they genuinely cared about doing the job properly. By the end of it, they had completely won me over. I?m actually looking forward to finding something else around the house for them to fix!"

"I had a completely new French Drain system installed in one day! Professional courteous service from inspection thru completion. All aspects of the work to be performed were clearly explained along with justification and guaranteed satisfaction. I highly recommend Select Basement Waterproofing and commend Jason on his inspection and his team on a job well done! A pleasure to do business with them!"

"Pro Rise Construction LLC transformed our old cracked driveway into a beautiful and durable paved surface that instantly improved our curb appeal. The crew also repaired our front steps and added bluestone details that gave the home a luxury appearance. Vinny and Nitin stayed involved during the entire project and made sure every concern was handled properly."

"Professional and quick. I got my skylight repaired efficiently !"

"Steve the Owner, Tony & Crew @ Blue Umbrella Waterproofing did a fantastic job from start to finish and exceeded our expectations. Steve was always attentive and responsive to my requests and questions and truly cares that his customers are receiving the best quality at the best value! I received 4 other quotes and Blue Umbrella provided the best price with the superior quality materials and components. He will take his time during the initial in-person consultation and clearly explain the whole process with designs and videos without any high-pressure snake oil sales-tactics. I had some previous house trap/sewage issues and Steve and Team kindly went above and excavated additional areas and recemented after the plumbers finished at no additional charge and saving us $$$. Steve spent a lot of time continuing to inspect the work throughout the project to ensure everything was spot on and a good amount of time and energy sanitizing and scrubbing our basement. When they finished they left our basement in immaculate pristine bone-dry condition. Not only did they do a great job Waterproofing but I received a lot of great recommendations: dehumidifiers and renovation references. After the job was completed, he continued to answer all my questions days later. If you want an honest, reliable, competent, highly valued company using the best quality materials that goes above & beyond your expectations don't waste your time scoping out their competitors as Blue Umbrella is unmatched. Please don't only take my word for it as all the positive reviews and copious word of mouth referrals on the internal/social media are a testament of their outstanding work! I would use them again without hesitation."

"We used quality 1st on two occasions in the past year to address water in the basement of our brownstone. They first addressed the problem from the crawlspace - installed a sump pump, water guard trench, and cleanspace wall system (they also added support to the ceiling, which is the floor of a kitchen above). Their approach was sound, the cost was fair, and we were very happy with their service and the work itself. They then returned to address water coming in from the main basement area - we worked together on a reasonable approach that included adding a 2nd sump pump, a water guard trench and cleanspace wall system only where needed. This required a lot of coordination and communication with our plumber as well - all went smoothly, work was performed and cleaned up professionally. So far, so good! I am in construction myself and I reviewed their approach with other professionals including an engineer, and I have a lot of confidence in their products, their pricing, and their work."

"I hired top rise construction to repair cracks all around my house house and stucco the entire house happy with the work Definitely will use them again."

"Our foundation was seriously compromised due to water intrusion. Steve responded quickly and gave us an estimate at a great price. He was knowledgeable and informative. Dan and his team repaired our foundation, installed a drainage system and pump, as well as a vapor barrier. Our basement has been dry and free of mold since. The project was completed in a matter of days. I couldn’t believe how quickly they worked. I recommend the gurus to everyone who needs basement repairs. Thank you again!!!"

"John and Lou, sales and owner, were fantastic. The crew that came to do the work was professional, polite, on-time, and efficient. I wish I had hired them in 2006 when we did the waterproofing, I am certain they would have steered us toward repairing the walls first. Lessons learned. Don't be me, use Absolute Waterproofing first."
