Randy and his crew did an excellent job, were very professional, cleaned up after the work was completed and were very careful not to damage any thing even though they had to jack hammer the floor and carry gravel, sand and cement in to the lower level to complete the work.  Randy was quick to provide an estimate and completed the work earlier than expected. He is very knowledgeable and  guarantees his work. He and his crew explained everything they were doing as the work was being done. I am very pleased with what they did and would definitely use this contractor again.

"These guys were great! They were friendly and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They looked at my steps and didn't exaggerate the problem. I was told what needed to be done and that they were going to drill a few holes to inject the limestone grout, and then did exactly what they said they were going to do. "The project went smoothly and efficiently. Greg was great with returning phone calls and being adaptable to the work schedule of me and my spouse. It was a daunting project requiring excavation of an old concrete patio, repairing some foundation on the house, laying a newer bigger paved patio with concrete slab on the side, and also a paved stairway with stone steps going up a hill. Everything turned out even better than expected. He is also true to his word about repairs and the warranty of the patio. A few months after the project ended, we had to have a small portion of the patio pulled up for some electric line work. He had his crew come out to level, lay, and tamp the patio stones back into place free of charge. Would highly recommend."

"Sirek Landscaping really impressed me. The team went ABOVE AND BEYOND. The estimate is what I paid, not a cent more, AND, they did every single little thing with such detail and care. Everyone was so responsive to my schedule and what we needed done. They answered my (many) questions until I understood everything. In the two weeks leading up to the work, even my texts were answered within the hour, sometimes immediately. When it was time to begin, the team was prompt. When all of the grading and sloping was completed on the second day around our foundation, my yard and my sidewalks were cleaner than when Sirek Landscaping began. "Tony is the best. He and his crew showed up early and had the old concrete out in a few hours. Tony did the jack hammering himself. They paid particular attention to my concerns about the footings and fill needed so the new stoop doesn't crack like the old one did. They had everything poured and cleaned up by the afternoon and it looks wonderful! Based on how he made my basic stoop and sidewalk look, I wonder what Tony would do with something that needs his artistic skills. I would put him at the top of my list for a job like that.

"I had a great experience from start to finish. I had four different foundation companies look at the large crack in my foundation. Two said to put epoxy in it and I would be good. The third offered a slightly more involved fix that would not address the root of the problem. American Waterworks was different from the start. First of all, they book a three hour appointment so they can fully investigate, measure and explain exactly what is happening and what needs to be done to truly fix the problem. The level of knowledge and expertise shown by the the Design Specialist, Chuck, was astounding. He even predicted that there would be at least one if not two more cracks in the foundation we could not see and their location and he was right on both counts. I ended up needing 10 helical piers and 7 helical anchors to repair the foundation and stop it from rotating backwards toward the hill and to stabilize and lift the foundation back to its original position. The three man installation crew was incredible. Jose the Foreman, Luis the Co-Foreman, and Jose the Production Specialist were extremely hard working, knowledgeable and always willing to take time to answer any questions I had about the project. Their level of professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail put me at ease during such a major undertaking and I always knew my house was in good hands. I can not recommend American Waterworks enough to anyone needing their foundation repaired."

"Awesome work!!!! Troy and his crew were exceptional all the way. There were problems noticed during the removal of the old asphalt driveway. Troy recommended the fill be replaced. He arranged for the excavation with a great contractor. Troy found a problem and had it fixed correctly. It is always great to find a contractor that is not just in it to make a quick buck.
