"This company comes highly recommended. The crew from Charleston was very good and professional! Andy,Ryan,Darrin, and Jesse are the best and did an excellent job lifting up my foundation and floor repair."

"We had a really great experience with Coastal Structural Solutions. From the beginning they were very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything about the crawlspace waterproofing/encapsulation so we understood exactly what was being done. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and did a really clean, thorough job. You can tell they care about the quality of their work and making sure the customer is happy. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing foundation or crawlspace work."

"They handled several issues with my sprinkler system well over the course of several days."

"Very good, on time and did exactly what they said they would do."

"Mike's team performed an outstanding repair on my garage ceiling closet. The area, which was previously affected by mold, now appears to be in pristine condition. I am extremely appreciative of their work."

"This young man did a great job. He was able to come do the job very quickly and done exactly what we wanted him to do. He was very polite and efficient. I would recommend 100%!!"

"Travis saved us a ton of money by giving us a straight answer on repairing the existing garage foundation versus tearing down and starting over with our detached garage. He certainly could have stood to make more money by just going with our original plan to repair the existing slab garage foundation, but he instead told us what he would do if it were his home. We really appreciate his honesty and will certainly hire CNT Foundations when we start over on this old garage!"

"David and his worker were great and professional. He gave us great recommendations on how to plan out our driveway extension and helped us with a company to move our existing irrigation We are thoroughly pleased with the extension job he did including a fix to our existing driveway. Would definitely recommend to others."

"The owner was responsive to provide a bid and started work on the agreed upon day. The foundation repair seems to be of good quality and I would recommend them for this type of repair. They work met all expectations for this portion of the project. We included a small tuck pointing project on a wall and masonry refinishing of a porch step as part of the contract. This small part of the project overshadows the entire job based on the poor quality of work. The pictures below show the tuck pointing AFTER the first attempt to fix the problem. They did not even touch the worst bricks at the top and poorly applied masonry on the bottom part as shown in the picture. On the step, they patched the a portion that was flaking and left the remainder of the step untouched. The owner said he didn't think we had agreed to fix the whole step (why would anyone only patch one foot of a six foot step? ...and it was specified in the contract). He made the requested repairs after the first attempt and less than two weeks later, the second picture shows the end results. It crumbled like sand without touching it! I emailed the owner and asked how he would like to handle the situation and he never responded back. Masonry work is not their specialty....Floors Sag and Shake doesn't apply to masonry! I don't normally write reviews, but I can't let this go without sharing."
