"We called several companies out for estimates for a water problem in our basement and what appeared to possibly be a crack in the foundation. Atlantic Coast was the most affordable, had the best guarantee, and a good solution that we were comfortable with. Gary came out on several occasions to sit and discuss with us everything about the job and estimates and what could possibly come up. They showed up a little late the first day, but called first thing to say they had vehicle problems and were running behind, which was fine by us, they also stayed late that day to accommodate. They kept us informed along the way and showed us what was being done, and handled everything appropriately. They also finished the job on time with a few unforeseen obstacles. Ultimately we had the interior waterproofing system put in for the front of the house, where the issue was due to tree roots, underpinning of a foundation crack, and a new sump pump. We are very happy with the work performed. The professionalism, quality, and responsiveness were great and the cost was reasonable and competitive."

"The experience with the company was flawless. I had them repair a vertical crack that was about 7ft in length. The service was scheduled within a week of me placing a call. James called and texted with updates the morning of the repair. The repair was as promised and price was fair. Outstanding overall experience. Thank you!"

"The representative was honest with respect to their ability to satisfy my needs. The project was not in their "wheelhouse" and they were open about what they could and could not do."

"Not too well. Looks like a zebra every time it rains. Had them try to fix once and still awful."

"This company was spectacular. Gave me as many updates which is greatly appreciated when doing such a large job. Pricing was more than fair and the work is top tier. I’ve done over 1000 home renovations/Sales and met many contractors in my career. They are going to be my first call everytime moving forward."

"Bill was great. Just wondering if just a sump pump fixes the problem. Didn't discuss possible foundation problems. A little worried if I should have had it dug up."

"We had a crack in our foundation, called aculevel, man was very personable and told us it wasn’t a problem at all and we can even fix it ourselves-tuck pointing. I was so relieved! He literally could have told me I needed thousands of dollars worth of repair."

"Steve Fitch is outstanding. He told me exactly what the the problem is and the step to remedy he also has people to replace the drywall and cabinets. Thank you Steve"

"The Guys were great, very quick, cleaned after them self's, very informative, answered many questions, i would have Dustin M the foreman, and his assistance Mason O and Terrence B do any job again for me, or recommend the company to all my friends and family, thanks again for the security I will not have issue's in the future on that wall."

"The service provided by Ayers was great! Blew the doors off Ark Foundation out of Fowlerville....who wasted my time and never followed through. Ayers salesperson was thorough and professional. The crew showed up on time and man did they ever work... Haven't had a drop of water in my basement since."
