"Being on the coast and close to wetlands, there is a ton of water accumulation in my crawlspace. Terra Firma had a ton of work to dig out the drainage trenches but they did a wonderful job! The 6-person crew showed up on time and got the job done in 3 days as promised, including moving my garage door up to accommodate the higher slab. "I had a foundation issue that needed attention and called Ram-Jack whole told it would cost too much to fix the issue without giving me a figure. Called TerraFirma and they said it would be no problem and would e-mail me an estimate in a few days. After 2 weeks I called to inquire about the figure and was told that they decided they couldnt do it. No call to let me know that. I found Western Construction Systems through Home Advisor called them and 2 days later Tyler came out for an estimate and 2 hours later I received the estimate and contracted to have them do the job. They showed up on the scheduled day and time and completed the job in a very professional and efficient manner. The communication between Tyler, Rachel and myself could not have been better. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any foundation work done. I could not have been happier and the work they did was very affordable. Forget the "Big" guys as these guys can do what you need.
