His bid was similar to others but I selected Unique because I felt my concerns and goals were heard and respected. Glad I did. They were able to get me on their schedule promptly, much appreciated as winter rains are upon us. The 6-person crew showed up on time and got the job done in 3 days as promised, including moving my garage door up to accommodate the higher slab. The crew demonstrated Covid-safe practices and though several are cigarette smokers, they kept cigs away from the garage and did not leave a single butt behind. Their finish work is nice, blends well with existing walkways & driveway. My garage is now usable: dry and with a smooth, well-poured floor and apron. "I had a foundation issue that needed attention and called Ram-Jack whole told it would cost too much to fix the issue without giving me a figure. Called TerraFirma and they said it would be no problem and would e-mail me an estimate in a few days. After 2 weeks I called to inquire about the figure and was told that they decided they couldnt do it. No call to let me know that. I found Western Construction Systems through Home Advisor called them and 2 days later Tyler came out for an estimate and 2 hours later I received the estimate and contracted to have them do the job. They showed up on the scheduled day and time and completed the job in a very professional and efficient manner. The communication between Tyler, Rachel and myself could not have been better. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any foundation work done. I could not have been happier and the work they did was very affordable. Forget the "Big" guys as these guys can do what you need. Thank you. Hopefully I will experience no more foundation issues but if I do they will be the ones I hire."

"I was looking for someone to repair a leak where my patio cover met the wall of my garage. I had several estimates but chose this company because they were the only ones to "find" a soft spot in the rest of my roof that "needed" the plywood replaced. Their estimate was $1000 more than anyone else but I figured that was because of the soft spot repair. A $760 down payment was required to start the work. The contractors arrived, proceeded with the work, told me the soft spot was fine and didn't need to be replaced, and finished the next day. Nobody came to inspect the contractors work to make sure all was done. When the bill arrived, I went up to check the work and noticed that not everything was done and it still leaked. I sent a text message to the company. No response. I sent an email the next day and their representative came to my house and confirmed that not all the work was done and they would send the contractors out again,...but it would required another down payment of $1140 this time, even though it wasn't my fault their contractors didn't finish the job. The contractor showed up unexpectedly a week later; nobody had told me they would be arriving that day, and finished the job. The company only took $105 off the final invoice for not needing to repair the soft spot. I could've saved $1000 with someone else and probably had an easier time of it. FYI, this company only guarantees their repair work for 30 days. EDIT 04/24/2023: was offered a $500 refund to remove my reviews or change them to 5 stars. I canâ t figure out how to remove this one so I changed it to 5 stars. I need the cash to find someone else to fix the leak."
