"Ty came out and after talking to me and taking some measurements, since the whole house was on a tilt from front to back, respectfully suggested that it would cost too much money to repair and that it was probably not worth it on an older home. He suggested that if we can live with it, that we should just do some cosmetic repairs. He even made some suggestions on how best to make these repairs by not just spackling, but actually replacing sections of drywall since the points were already weak. I really appreciated the honesty and feedback on how best to proceed."

"It was a wonderful experience! I had originally contacted Crosstown Engineering because I had noticed some sticking doors and drywall cracks appearing in my house this summer. The engineer was prompt, professional, and very informative. He did a full evaluation of the foundation/house and explained to me that I was likely seeing some minor elevation changes due to seasonal weather changes. He said that all I needed was gutters and soaker hose system to help stabilize both my foundation and the ground it sits on. This was a huge help as I had previously been quoted over $5,000 by a foundation repair company to fix the foundation, when it didn’t need any work to begin with. They were very professional. and the came and checked the foundation with a meter and even with the crack there was only about an 1/8 of an inch difference in the in the corners of the house. Secondly the price was honest and competative with a great warranty. Foundation work is messy and the had to dig in my flower beds and put everything back as they found it. Justin didnt try to sell me anything more than what was needed to correct the foundation. The bid for the job was what we owed at the end nothing added. Company has integrity and great customer service. The office personnel go above and beyond to help you. They even helped recommend a good plumbing service to fix the plumbing under the house. "You'd be a fool not to hire Reyes. We had concrete stairs poured for our porch because the current ones were either rotting away or cracked and buckling. We received a quote the next day after contact. The job was completed in 2 days. They look amazing. There was a bit of a gap in the cedar railings we requested, but when I told Carmen about it, they were here the next day and it was fixed. We also had an issue with one of housings for the railings. They have told me that the issue is fixed (I believe them) but that if something goes wrong, we only have to call them and they'll come out and repair it. Working with Carmen and Adrian is great. They are affordable and reliable. Getting a hold of them is easy and they are very concerned about being responsive. I've never worked with a contractor before that went so far out of their way to make sure I was fully satisfied with the project. Also, they are just really nice people. Southern Concrete Raising performed grout injection around the perimeter of the pool, raising and stabilizing the surface. The job took several hours. Everyone at the company was nice, punctual, excellent communicators, and easy to work with."
