They used dust abatement measures to protect all my basement-stored items, and they removed and hauled all the debris away when finished with the excavation. "Both times this guy was out, all he told me was what he can't do. Just be aware that they do not do any patching or fixing of walls before painting - they just paint "as is" and nothing more. He also discouraged all of my ideas for remodelling my office/craft room and laundry room the first time he came out - specifically he told me I couldn't put beadboard on the ceiling when I know several people who have done it themselves and it looks great."
