"I had a crush rock walkway around the house that was washed out due to heavy rains.  I got 3 estimates from different companies to replace the walkway with concrete and Streaming Visions had the best price and the most creative ideas.  After talking to Vince we decided to put a slate stamp effect on the concrete - it was an excellent idea.
The job took two days.  The first day, they dug up and hauled out all the old rock and soil by wheel barrow since they could not get heavy equipment into the yard - intense manual labor but they were very professional about it
The next day, the concrete was poured  - again hauled in by wheel barrow and then stamped.  Maruis supervised the concrete pouring and stamping. A couple days after pouring the walkway, Marius came back out to inspect the site and make sure everything was to my satisfaction.
The end result is a beautiful walkway that will last for a good long time.  
All of the employees at Streaming Landscapes were very friendly, and hard working and professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for any concrete or landscaping needs.

More extensive problems were discovered as the original 35 y/o foundation was poorly done. Gus figured it all out, removed the old foundation and the 8" of wet dirt underneath and replaced with 8" gravel, then rebar grid at 12", then new concrete and tile. Gus was a highly creative technical engineer and problem solver, and with a highly artistic/esthetic sense. Eric has clients from years back and he also has the governor's mansion as a client. He will draw professional plans for you and your HOA at no additional cost, which few here will do."

"I told the owner, the one who initially came to the house to write up the work proposal, that this was the second time I hired them and the first time wasn't exactly the greatest experience but I would give them 1 more try. The guys showed up a little late to the house, not really surprised because I had used these guys before and that was the case then too. One of the three guys was very cocky and complained about everything. He was a little rude to the other 2 and it made me feel uncomfortable. It took them about 30 minutes to actually start. The big piece of equipment they brought to use broke down in the first few minutes. All work stopped for repair efforts and more complaining by the 1 employee. After arriving that morning, the group finally started doing actual work around noon. All total it took 2 days. The work that was agreed upon was not completed. I mentioned my unhappiness before the workers packed up and requested payment. It makes me mad that I trusted this company again. I was charged a lot of money and didn't get the outcome I was told I would get. I cannot recommend this company, sorry I know people work hard to create a good reputation."
