"Kind workers and they were very professional. I thought the estimate was reasonable and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. My wife and I highly recommend Foundation Professionals."

"My husband noticed cracks in the ceiling and doors were starting to stick. We called RockSolid and they gave our homes foundation a fix that I am thoroughly satisfied with, the price isnt bad, and these guys genuinely care about their customers and the work that they do. Thank you to Michael and the team at RockSolid Foundations. I highly recommend them to anyone!"

"I had a difficult exterior leak in stucco that was quite small. Rather than a sump pump they sealed the outside wall. But they left a gap at the top of the impermeable material that they adhered to the wall. This had to be repaired. Still not entirely convinced that it will adhere due to the rough surface of the stucco. There is only a one year warrantee on an exterior patch like this whereas an internal fix is much longer. Was expensive for the amount of time actually expended."

"Very well! Courteous, respectful, truly listened to my questions, explaining his answers until I understood the situations thoroughly. I have very little experience/knowledge in home repairs I am an elderly female..... EASILY could have been price gauged and/or taken advantage of my lack of knowledge concerning the repairs needed. Chris, and his employee, did NOT do this. My property's work had to be fitted around the weather, so completion took a while. This was fully explained to me, as it occurred. My availability schedule was wide open, so weather was not an issue for me. Chris was even working into darkness, in order to complete the jobs in a timely fashion. His employee even worked in a surprise snowstorm. No disrespectful words, or foul language, out of either of them. If they generated any trash or debris, they promptly removed it. Chris even picked up anOTHER company’s trash that had been left strewn throughout my property (lunch break debris)! This is a “Christian business “, which was irrelevant to my needs. Chris did NOT press any evangelical remarks on me…it had no bearing on my decision to hire him. He did good quality work. His company may be fairly small compared to some, but Chris has the knowledge, and the drive, to grow his company, due to his honesty, perseverance and hard work. If I had had any problems or issues with the work holding up over the long haul, I haven’t any doubt that Chris & his crew would come back, fixing whatever the issue might have been."

"They understood my problems with the pavers rising in certain areas and provided good solutions. They also showed me some leaks that I was unaware of in my water feature. They showed up on time; the crew was professional and courteous: the price was reasonable. I felt the quality workmanship showed and if something wasn't quite right, they fixed it. If I have landscaping issues in the future, I will hire them again."

"Had them add a roof on a new shed (10x12). Needed them to finish roof end panels and all roofing areas. Estimated in the morning and because the team wouldn't start another project the following day, completed it on the same day, late AM and afternoon. Good price and availability. A+ Work. Will use them again. Looks very good."

"Mike at Bassett Heating and Air was punctual and professional during my initial estimate.  I received a call 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time to inform me that he was on his way.  He arrived on time.  He was respectful of my home and family.  Even my dogs seemed to like Mike.
I told Mike that I needed a new outside a/c unit and that all the duct work and pipes were still in tact and functioning.  Mike and I discussed my options as far as the old type of system versus the new ozone friendly units.  He was patient and listened attentively to my requirements.  He answered all of my questions with knowledge and confidence.   After checking the plumbing and circuit breaker Mike informed me that my home was set up for either system and wrote estimates for both.
With the information Mike provided I felt I was able to make an informed decision. In addition to providing the most reasonable estimate of several companies, Mike also offered fair finance terms that I could deal with.  I made an appointment on the spot for the repair.   Although we were going through a heat wave, Mike managed to book my appointment within 5 days of the estimate.
Five days later, the crew at Bassett Heating and Air were again calling me to tell me they would arrive at my home in 15 minutes.  My new unit was installed and running beautifully within 90 minutes.
I will recommend Bassett Heating and Air HIGHLY to everyone who needs this type of service.  Mike and his crew at Bassett Heating and Air have won my business for life.  I plan to make an appointment in the fall to have my heating unit inspected and if needed tuned up by Bassett.
It is refreshing to find a company committed to excellence who stands behind their products and services.  10 out of 10,  A++  for Bassett Heating and Air."
