First, Matt came out, performed an assessment and explained everything well. He was friendly and answered all my questions about the work being performed. That set the tone for a great experience! After the estimate was received I made an appointment. The day of the appointment Adam’s team arrived exactly on time: I live somewhat remote and that his team was on time really speaks for the company and it’s work culture and ethics! Adam and his team worked in the crawl space, which was difficult for me to get into. Adam kept me informed throughout the process and even took pictures after the job was done to show me the results. "Mauricio and Crisjan were the initial sales reps who came to examine the issue and they took the time to test drainage that might have potentially been creating the water issue. They offered a reasonable solution (sealing the visible cracks and holes in the concrete and I was contacted within a couple of days with an estimate and scheduling options. Sean was our tech and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue beyond just the cracks. He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines. He went above and beyond and gave us measured information on how we should continue to monitor and treat this area as the house settles. He was thorough, informative, and provided excellent service in his work. I'm very glad that Sean was the technician sent to us and I would specifically request him for your projects."

"Rigo was great. We needed all the mortar joints on our flagstone walkway replaced, as well as, a few broken stones. Rigo found new flagstones that matched perfectly (on his own initiative) and proposed a great solution for concealing a crack on the riser that couldn’t otherwise be fixed. The final product looks great, communication was easy, and Rigo’s prices were by far the best of the four other quotes I received. I would use Rigo again without hesitation!"

"Howard Glancy came to inspect cracks in my home's concrete walls where the foundation was sinking. He, as a Certified Field Inspector, went over the whole house with me, explaining why the walls were cracking, and what should be done to alleviate the problem. Howard explained what JES Foundation would do, approximately how long it would take, and provided a quotation for the repairs. Besides raising the problem walls and ensuring they would be structural sound and guaranteed to stay that way for the remaining life of the house, he also advised me of how JES would repair minor cracks in the remaining building as well as having s sump pump installed to wick away any ground water from damaging any other parts of the structure. Mr. Glancy was very courteous; knowledgeable of his profession; and walked us through any questions we might have had concerning the processes. Due to the permit process taking so long, the work on the house won't start for a few months, and if Mr. Glancy is any indication of the professionalism of the rest of the JES Foundation personnel, I'm confident that the work will be done properly, in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction."

Danny at Omega was very prompt and courteous, explained everything that had to be done, and worked well with our insurance company (USAA) in order to make sure we had everything we needed to replace our roof. "Julio and his team were amazing. The job was delayed a bit longer than anticipated as a result of weather (unavoidable). The team did the entire job in 4 days, which was truly a herculean effort! We have a new construction and the entire yard was covered in wood chips and we had a very serious cliff in the backyard caused by erosion from recent rains, that posed a danger to our young children. Julio and team cleared all the chips, brought in endless amounts of dirt, fixed our dangerous cliff and made it into a nice sledding hill, cleared old logs, took down a big dead tree, put in drainage pipes for our gutters, laid over 11,000 sq. ft of sod, seeded the remaining lawn, planted trees, planted nearly 100 blue rug junipers to stabilize a slope next to our driveway, and the list could go on... Julio's team went above and beyond. My husband and I are beyond impressed with the completed work, the professionalism, price, honesty, and transparency of this company. There were a few hiccups along the way (all unavoidable things and outside of Julio's control), but he was able to communicate everything to us promptly and effectively, and lay out various options and choices on the fly to remedy said hiccups. Now the onus is on us to maintain the beautiful job Julio's team completed! We will hire him for any/all landscaping projects in the future.
