"Terry did a great job on fixing the foundation (walls) of our house. This is the third time Terry has worked on our house - each time has been a great experience. His follow up is timely and great. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our house."

"Rick and his crew were professional, punctual, and accommodating. They came to our house to repair some foundation cracks outside and inside, using their time efficiently, while also taking time to explain the on-going procedure. Before hiring Precision, we met with Rick for an estimate and review of the job to be done. There was no â high pressure saleâ and we were very comfortable and confident that Rick would address and solve our foundation problem with a lifetime guarantee on his work. We are pleased with their work and Rickâ s professionalism.!"

"They did a great job on the foundation repair adding 8 push piers and successfully moving the foundation back into place. However, in their rush they put a hole in the back of my house with the backhoe and it took them almost 6 months to repair and repaint the damage. I still recommend them since they were the only ones with the correct foundation fix."

"New sump pump installed and alarms were fixed for the battery backup while at it. Tyler did a great job and explained everything throughly."

"We have used Airguard in the past to help us with mold remediation in our attic. We called them again when we noticed some mold in our basement. Steven came out two days later and gave us his honest, professional opinion on how to fix our issue. He was on time, professional, and most importantly helpful. Would definitely use them in the future and highly recommend."

"Presented an opinion/quote for specifically solving a couple cracks in foundation that were causing a slight water leakage, rather than other options that involved major foundation work. They fixed the source of the problem, and did not try to over sell me. I appreciate the honesty."

"They explained everything very well, and they fixed the foundation without ripping out my front porch. They have awesome payment plans as well!"

"The poly sand didnâ t set right. They immediately came back and fixed it."

"I had about 13 assignments for them. There was three guys here and one of the guys left with no explanation for half an hour. I understood that there were a certain number of hours that they were supposed to be here, and maybe they were focused on finishing my list, instead of spending time to clean-up, but they could have done a better job cleaning up afterwards. They abandoned one of their shovels in the area that things were being planted and left behind a pair of work gloves. They seemed eager to please and they did check off everything on my list. They got everything done that I was hoping to get done. We discovered, this is something that they wouldn't have been aware of, they punctured an irrigation line. The irrigation guy had to come out and repair that. There was no notification of where the irrigation lines were."

"Fully aware that initial repairs may have issues. The company responded immediately and Chad did a fantastic job in troubleshooting and fixing the issues. Will definitely hire again, but I hope it's not too soon...lol."
