They 1) repaired a leaking wall crack using a fill and carbon fiber seal, 2) replaced our original sump pump, 3) installed a full perimeter french drain system, 4) installed a second sump pump, and 5) a thermal armor wall cover on all walls. "Plymouth did a fantastic job installing a walkway, a few paver pads, and flower beds. We also had them install a pond. Everything worked well in the beginning except that there seemed to be a slow leak. They worked on the issue with us last year but were not able to determine the cause of the leak, so we had an auto-fill line put in. This year, when using it, it did not stop automatically and the hose wasn't clamped so the water pressure blew the skimmer off the pipe. They stopped answering my calls about this issue so I had to get another company to come in and fix it."

The weather caused quite a few delays as the job was expected to start at the beginning of April and the services can't be performed if the temperature is too low, or there is too much rain, but I was kept apprised of adjusted timetable all the way through the process. Once they came out they did a fantastic job. They were able to break up and remove the existing concrete slab and have new concrete poured over a span of two days.
