"Everything about this repair job was wonderful - from Brad giving us the bid (and explaining exactly what would be done), to Will and Ree (sp?) doing the excellent work. Everyone was courteous, professional and left everything spotless. And the cost was surprisingly lower than I thought it would be."

"I had them come to my barn to fix a foundation. Miguel R, Zack K, Brett G and Tim O did an outstanding job. They were professional fix the problem."

"We were very happy with their work. We had an older home with a foundation issue and they did such a wonderful job. They took a lot of care in making sure they did not disturb the rest of the house. Very nice guys to work with, cleaned up after themselves, very professional, and they were very hard workers."

"Andrew recently did a basement waterproofing and foundation repair project for me. He outlined everything he was going to do on his estimate, which was quite a bit better than the big name companies. His work was excellent and high quality. He is very easy to work with and answered any questions I had. It's nice to find a true professional at a reasonable rate, which leads me to say I would easily recommend him to anyone who has a project like this."

"They completed the work a day early and didn't use all of the materials and refunded me the difference. Great job!"

"Our home is 20 years old and due to some things that the original builders did during construction, we had excessive floor noise (squeaks and creaks) and the overall floor performance wasn't what it should be. I found Gary and Kimberlin Construction here, and after reviewing the site, talking to Gary, and sharing the specifics of our situation, he and his team were the right folks to come in and help us out. The overall job took three days, and I'm extremely happy with the results. The floor feels much better when walking on it, and the squeaks and creaks have effectively been eliminated. Throughout the job Gary and his team were professional, always on time, and took the time to both listen to the info that I shard, as well as explained what exactly they were going to do as well as what they did. They worked in a safe manner while in our home, something that is so important given the situation with COVID. The price was quite reasonable for the work that was done, and if I had to do it all over again I would. I whole-heartedly recommend Kimberlin Construction for any work that you need done, and I will certainly be using them again as needed for other repair or remodeling projects."

"This company is top notch. They fixed my sagging floor and it now looks beautiful. My house was built n 1902 and can be a challenge at times to work on. They were professional and did the job in less time then they original thought. I am so very pleased with their work. I would hire them again in a minute for any foundation and floor leveling needs. Thank\ you Acculevel!!!!!"
