"Scott called me about 5 minutes after I posted the job and was at my house 30 minutes later. He explained how the crack happened, how to fix it and all. He gave me a quote same day, and kept in contact. Day of repair he called before he arrived, on time. Very clean and friendly. Did a great repair that looks good and left no mess. I have owned several homes and this wasn’t my first wet basement. He was the best I have worked with for this type of project. Highly recommend."

"They are professional and thorough, but there is really no wiggle room if you would like something differently done. Choices in booklet are pretty basic, not a lot of options (for flooring types, door style, trim) This company is like the Anderson Windows of basements. (No doubt they spend a lot on advertising; There is a reason they are the top result when searching!) Expect to pay quite a bit more than you planned, but I knew if I chose them it would be done and warrantied for everything. Sometimes you just want to sign and not worry, and I would definitely pick Finished basements plus if you are in that situation and have the budget."

"Ben and company did a great job in a very short period of time. New retaining walls south and west, with a beautiful privacy fence. The detail of the support system will ensure our little hill will not roll down hill for many decades to come! Thanks, Ben!"

"I would like to begin by saying I would recommend this company for any project they are able to complete. Rangel's Waterproofing and Construction installed a basement tile system and a new basement egress window the week of October 9, 2017. Ozzie Rangel and his twin sons, Vincent and Gabriel, own and operate the business. Vincent is the manager, writing the estimates and contracts. Vincent and his dad Ozzie came to write my estimate. Both men were very respectful of me and honored all my questions. Ozzie promised he or one of his sons would lead my crew. Not only did Gave lead my crew, Ozzie worked at my house at least two days. When the project was completed all things promised on the contract were completed as promised. Even though it took three trips to Menard's on Friday afternoon to get all supplies needed no corners were cut. Friday completion was the goal and the crew worked until 9 PM to reach the goal. In spite of the lateness and being dark the basement and yard were cleaned beyond my expectation before they left. Yes, the project was completed on time in spite of many glitches, but the best part of working with Rangel's was the courteousness and professionalism they displayed toward each other and me. By the time the project was compete we felt like friends. There were never any harsh words spoken to anyone. Gabe was even very polite and patient in teaching a new crew member. I would hire Rangel's Waterproofing & Construction again."

"Not too well. Looks like a zebra every time it rains. Had them try to fix once and still awful."

"This company was spectacular. Gave me as many updates which is greatly appreciated when doing such a large job. Pricing was more than fair and the work is top tier. I’ve done over 1000 home renovations/Sales and met many contractors in my career. They are going to be my first call everytime moving forward."

"They explained everything very well, and they fixed the foundation without ripping out my front porch. They have awesome payment plans as well!"

"Everyone was friendly and dedicated providing quality service. Steve did a great job explaining how I wound up with mold in the first place; and he gave me a detailed explanation of what the crew would be doing to fix those problems. The team worked quickly and efficiently to fix my ventilation issues and get rid of the mold. I am very pleased with all aspects of the job."

"I dont like the fact that FSM does not schedule any inspections by city and gets paid in full without the final inspection being completed. What happens if the inspection fails and again the homeowner is responsible for scheduling the inspections. Not good. Also the permit process all messed up."

"Very thorough and prompt with free estimates. Offered other fixes that might work."
