"Daniel S, Riley G., Silvester T Very professional. Thoughtful of the surroundings. Fixed and repaired a previous installation. Would call them again."

"Scott called me about 5 minutes after I posted the job and was at my house 30 minutes later. He explained how the crack happened, how to fix it and all. He gave me a quote same day, and kept in contact. Day of repair he called before he arrived, on time. Very clean and friendly. Did a great repair that looks good and left no mess. I have owned several homes and this wasn’t my first wet basement. He was the best I have worked with for this type of project. Highly recommend."

"When we purchased our rental, the prior owners had taken out all of the foundation plantings and landscaping, leaving only a sunken front walk, gravel around the perimeter, and two trees in the front yard. Unfortunately, when replacing the sewer line, an incompetent plumber killed our beautiful old maple and the crabapple started to die, too. Moreover, during the purchase inspection, we'd been advised to lower the level of dirt around the foundation, and we had learned that the shape of the terrain was contributing to water in the basement during heavy rains. The front lawn was a weedy, lumpy mess with a pile of wood chips from the dead maple. Enter Prestige Landscape & Design, who I found through Angi.com. I discussed our issues with Ben, who visited the property to assess what needed to be done and followed up with a plan/layout along with pictures of the hardscape materials to be used. All in all, he removed the gravel and dirt around the foundation, sealed the foundation, installed new window wells, installed a drainage system, re-contoured the land, buried the gutter downspouts and sump pump outlet while integrating them into the drainage system, reseeded the lawn, replaced the front walk and door step, and planted a beautiful assortment of perennials, shrubs, and trees. Oh, and he hauled away all the mess that was there before. Doesn't it make you tired just reading all this? Well, according to my tenant, Ben and his small team were tireless at their efforts. Ben was hardworking and considerate, and even the neighbors got to know and like him over the three weeks that he did the work. And the final result was beautiful and impeccable. I feel so fortunate to have found Ben and Prestige Landscape and Design, and if I need future work done, I know who to call!"

"I hired Rangel's to cover and waterproof a small crawlspace in my basement. They were prompt, courteous, and very professional. The work performed was absolutely beautiful, and a major improvement. I highly recommend Rangel's for any basement waterproofing and repair, and look forward to doing business with them again."

"These guys know what they are doing. Foundation problems are incredibly alarming because of what could be. Nolan and his crew are experts in their field. The actual individuals doing the job work full time for the company. They were quick, professional, and helpful. The guys that completed the actual job didn't mind all my questions and knew the answers. Comparatively, the price was a a few hundred more than some of the other quotes; however, this one felt worth the extra. It's been just a few weeks since the job was completed so only time will tell the final results, but I feel very confident with AccuLevel."

"Steve and his crew of Your Home Solution Experts did a fantastic job on a complex mold mitigation job in my mother-in-law's home. The nature of the damage required several contractors to be scheduled in a tight order of succession. Steve and his crew were able to accommodate the scheduling demands swiftly and professionally. We are happy that the finished results were as promised, and we feel they went above and beyond our expectations. I would confidently recommend them for your mold and insulation needs."

"The service provided by Ayers was great! Blew the doors off Ark Foundation out of Fowlerville....who wasted my time and never followed through. Ayers salesperson was thorough and professional. The crew showed up on time and man did they ever work... Haven't had a drop of water in my basement since."

"Easy experience. Great salesman lol but the workers were awesome and really respectful. They messed up once on some of my city piping, but they came out the same day and fixed it with no questions or complaints. Nice to know my basement is warranted for the rest of the life of the house."
