"I was losing confidence in the integrity of my home until Hercules stopped the settling of our slab foundation and reversed some of the damage caused by an uneven slab. Specifically, in my own living room, I was not supposed to be watching a 20 foot long crack develop in the ceiling and then expand to 1/4 inch wide. But on the day of the foundation lift, 2 dramatic improvements took place as the team of foundation experts hydraulically re-leveled the South end of the house. "Foundation repair was performed and met expectations. This was 2.5 years ago. Now looking to sell the house. The cost to transfer the warranty is 10% of the amount of the cost of the job. Buyer expects Seller to cover this cost. Called the company twice in the morning with no call back, called in the pm and finally received a return call from ALAN. He asked if I called him without identifying himself or his company. When asked about the transferral fee, I was curtly told it was 10% of the cost of the job. Since we spent almost 15,000, we believed this to be unreasonable (1,500). I called Roy Frazier twice and he refused to call back. No explanations. Might get the work done, however public relations is horrible."
