Randy and his crew did an excellent job, were very professional, cleaned up after the work was completed and were very careful not to damage any thing even though they had to jack hammer the floor and carry gravel, sand and cement in to the lower level to complete the work.  Randy was quick to provide an estimate and completed the work earlier than expected. He is very knowledgeable and  guarantees his work. He and his crew explained everything they were doing as the work was being done. I am very pleased with what they did and would definitely use this contractor again.

I was told what needed to be done and that they were going to drill a few holes to inject the limestone grout, and then did exactly what they said they were going to do. "I had a wet basement that had been a problem in my home for years before purchase of my home. The placement of a Sump pump and floor drain tile appears to stop wet foundation walls and floor. The basement now has potential to be nice area of use and living for years ahead. The service is a expensive purchase for homeowner but it is a needed purchase for my home. The finishing job leaves the need with more work if your basement floor was rough from the years of water damage. They did stop any future water damage for my home and it is safe to spend more for more fine finishing. They completed what was contracted."

"The project went smoothly and efficiently. Greg was great with returning phone calls and being adaptable to the work schedule of me and my spouse. It was a daunting project requiring excavation of an old concrete patio, repairing some foundation on the house, laying a newer bigger paved patio with concrete slab on the side, and also a paved stairway with stone steps going up a hill. Everything turned out even better than expected. He is also true to his word about repairs and the warranty of the patio. A few months after the project ended, we had to have a small portion of the patio pulled up for some electric line work. He had his crew come out to level, lay, and tamp the patio stones back into place free of charge. Would highly recommend."

"Met with Tony in Spring to get bid to replace two sets of exterior steps on 1910 house.  Unlike some of the other contractors we had bid, he insisted the steps be built to code, which meant creating a landing at the top of each set of steps (which really is a better design).  They had a good price too.  They completed the work in 2 days, alternating the steps to ensure continued access to the home during the process.  Also had to rebuild part of a sidewalk that was cracking in front, and the area in front of the garage service door in back which tended to collect water.  All work looks great, and they even tidied up the areas next to the new concrete!  Have already recommended them to friends who are looking to have their front stairs/sidewalk replaced.
Only challenge we ran into was on prepayment:  Tony initially said he didn't need the downpayment, then needed it at the last minute.  Normally this wouldn't have been a problem except I was out of the country at that time.  I was able to use online banking to get the money to him, but to avoid a scramble regardless of you are, it's easiest to simply provide the downpayment ahead of time.
