"EA Masonry did an excellent job repairing the chimney and installing the chimney cap. They kept me informed about the project and were very prompt and courteous."

"I needed to replace the front steps because they were pulling away from the foundation. I received several quotes and Republic Masonry (Henry) came in with a budget friendly price. Henry and his co-worker were professional and very detail oriented and cleaned up when the job was complete. The stairs look wonderful! I would highly recommend Republic Masonry (Henry) for all your cement projects. Kathy Faye"

"Wow! Unbelievable! If we ever have a water problem again, Pioneer will be the only waterproofing company that we call. We were getting some water in our basement which has a stack-stone foundation and radiant floor heating. We interviewed three companies and were particularly concerned about a solution that would stop the water without compromising the radiant tubes that were in the floor. Initially, Pioneer recommended a baseboard system that would run along the outside of the wall. Upon inspection, Mike Oliveira discussed a traditional drain to sump pump solution. We reiterated our concern about puncturing a tube in the floor and Mike assured us that he and his team would hand chisel potential problem areas to avoid the tubing. Moreover, this solution would save us roughly $2K and give us a lifetime guarantee vs. a 25 year guarantee on the baseboard system. The team showed up on time, cleared a 50' span of concrete by Noon, uncovered two sections of radiant tubing without puncturing the line, installed the moisture barrier, sump pump and new concrete by 4 p.m. They had to drill through a hefty header board to connect the pump line to an existing drainage line that carries water away from home and that was completed by 5:30 p.m. Mike came back in a week and we tested the fix using free-flow from our sprinkler system -- it worked perfectly. Subsequently we've had some consistent spring rain and absolutely no water in the basement. The team (including sales, service, billing, installation) was professional, courteous and available when we had questions. They saved us money, fixed our problem and provided a lifetime guarantee. We're both ecstatic and amazed!"

"Very professional company. Identified and fixed the foundation problems for at least my lifetime. Polite, non intrusive, reliable and hard working professionals. Very pleased with everything they did, felt like they did more than i expected."

"Very professional. Did a complete inspection before giving an estimate. Avalon had the specific experience in repairing foundations that we were looking for. They also moved things in the basement to access the walls they worked on, then moved everything back when they were finished. They cleaned up afterwards both inside and outside."

"First impressions...courteous salesman, but given wrong time frame for work completion.... Customer Service....I called and was given a completion date that was about a month different than the salesman's date....BUT... I was called back by Customer Service (Tiffany) and given a new date that was only a day later than she called.... soooooooooo.... realizing that the weather and the holidays played a role in missing the initial date, I can now say that I'm very happy with the workmanship and professionalism of the whole RamJack New England experience. As it's only been 1 day since the work was done, I'm hopeful that the foundation crack problem has been solved. Time will tell."

"Excellent work, very meticulous and neat with their work. They finished on time and even fixed some damage from a storm the day after planting the grass. Would recommend and use them again."

"The best. They show up early and work harder than anyone. Honestly, I didn't think the tree removals were possible. It was ruining both the foundation and fence. Everything was precisely the way I wanted it, at a price which was considerably less than I expected. No unwanted destruction, lots of care. They removed the fabric, but left the budding hyacinths somehow. People I don't know are walking by and yelling out compliments."

"We spent 2 years renovating our house leaving our yard a giant mud puddle. Over the course of the winter, we worked with Ron to develop the landscaping plan. In the spring, his team re-leveled the entire lot, installed 2 patios with pavers, sod, a fence, prepped for a shed and put in a new asphalt driveway and vegetation. We are very happy with the final product."

"The owner is friendly and runs his company with integrity. The team showed up on time, they were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and were done quickly. They also did foundation work for my neighbor and she was very happy."
