He gave us a bid for minor work we wanted done but not for the work that was a high priority for us. He did what he said mostly, but at the end of the day, we still have a structural thing that didn't get addressed. We were quite disappointed that our number one issue wasn't addressed. He was busy so it took awhile to get him out here. I would tell people to get everything in writing."
