"We met the Sterling Contractor Services team through a full house transformation project that included adding a 12 X 22 Florida Room. These guys conducted the demolition of the previous 8 X 8 and laid the new concrete foundation for this room; all successfully approved by City of Jacksonville inspectors. Our second project with Sterling Contractor Services was they laid approximately 8 - 10 inches of concrete foundation and built a well insulated trash can storage house to fit two large trash cans and one recycling bin. Unfortunately the system won't allow a video so I've attached pictures of the trash can storage house. "I want to start off with saying that the final product of our concrete pad that we will be installing a pergola on top of later turned out amazing! But the journey to get there was complicated. I don’t believe that it was the Company‘s fault exactly. What happened was we had been getting a lot of rain and when they dug the area out and removed the grass there was a lot of mud and water in the “hole“. The size of the concrete pad was 15 x 25‘.Feet. Anyway, they put the framing in and the concrete truck came and they poured it and everything looked perfect when they left. They did babysit it for a while quite a few hours and it looked really good when they left. But unfortunately, about four hours later, these weird holes or air pockets started to appear. I texted the person in charge Ruben and he was also very concerned with what was happening and stayed in touch. Two days later, he came out to see it in person and it looked terrible.
