"It went perfectly! Incredibly! We had the (steep!) front steps of our house and a few pads of concrete replaced with aggregate concrete. From the moment Connie called to talk about the job to the time that Nick showed up to give us the estimate to the time when Nick and his crew showed up to do the work, this has been an absolutely perfect experience. I cannot believe how well everything has gone and how beautifully the steps turned out. Not only did they replace the steps, but they fixed a few problems and made what I consider a little piece of art in the way they form the steps at the top where they meet up with the landing. I think the curves they added and the steps themselves are just stunning. Sometimes when you call contractors for estimates, you never hear back. Connie called shortly after I asked them to contact me. Then Nick came when he said he was going to come, even though it was the most torrential downpour ever, and the crew came on time every day to do the work. Even though I had lots of questions about the right thing to do and the timing, Connie never batted an eye and returned my calls back very promptly. I felt like I was dealing with family!
