"We could not have been more pleased with our Foundation Doctor experience. We had foundation issues stemming from poor drainage, and met with three foundation / crawl space providers. From the start, Foundation Doctor put our minds at ease. They educated us on all the potential options, and helped us to make the decision that was right for us. While on site, Hitz and Fox kept us in the loop throughout the repairs, sending us updates throughout the week. They have even followed up to make sure that we know how to use our new smart sump pump. I also love the fact that these folks are local and not a huge national company. They stand by their work! We are confident that Foundation Doctor will help our family's home stay safe for many years to come."

"I can't believe how smoothly this repair went! Everyone at Falcone--the schedulers who arranged our estimate visit and the repair work, the foundation experts who repaired the porch, the finance people who explained the estimate and our final bill--every single one of them was helpful, prompt, courteous, and great at their jobs. The county inspector who reviewed the porch repair even made a point of telling us what high quality work the Falcone people had done for us! I would definitely call them again! If you're interested in our specific details, this repair was crucial to maintaining our house's structural integrity; since the screened-in porch is attached to the house, if it went down the hill, so would the back wall of the house! The foundation had cracked away from the main house and the slab was cracked and sliding apart at different angles. The men from Falcone excavated, cleaned, and prepped the job site, including washing the bottom section of the slab to promote bonding when the new concrete was poured. Then they poured a porch perimeter slab wall under the slab to stabilize the foundation. In addition, they installed a backer rod and applied concrete sealant to re-connect the porch foundation to house and prevent additional damage."

"Blake and Rodney did foundation repair work today. They did an excellent job !! The work was originally scheduled for tomorrow but they had a slot open up today. They came prepared and completed the job in less time than estimated. Barbara Ashton"

"We have used Mike and his crew several times for numerous properties. They are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and efficient. They can see what the issue is and provide a clear plan to fix it! HIGHLY recommend them for any basement, crawlspace and/or drainage issues! Would give them 10++ stars if I could."

"All Trax was absolutely fantastic to work with, I wish we had found them first! They were incredibly responsive, understanding, and made sure the project direction and outcome were completed as we envisioned. They took the time to walk through a ton of options with us to ensure we had the best result at the best price. I would highly recommend All Trax to anyone in the area who needs excavation, a new gravel road/driveway, or driveway/road repair!"

"They responded properly and they did a good job. I have used them for a number of services in the past. I have never had the need for any major replacement or repair. It has basically been checking system and its components to make sure that everything is working properly. They are always here when they say they are going to be here. The technician seem to be knowledgeable in what they do."

"They could not solve my issue but gave me some good advice."
