"New England foundation crack repair was great. From the first call. They explained how they would fix the cracks. And were able to get my job done really fast. Could be happier."

"Henry did a great job he even repaired some cracks which were not originally priced out. I am very pleased with the work he did."

"The project went great, from the first phone call to the end of the job. We were called a day before to confirm the arrival time, and the work crew arrived on schedule. It turned out they had some additional material from a previous job that day, so they actually repaired a bit more of the wall than had been agreed on, which we really appreciated. When we originally scheduled the job, we were given information on other services that Pioneer Basement provides, but at no time were we given any sales pitches. We're very confident that we picked the right firm to do our foundation repairs -- we'll definitely call them first for any similar work, and will recommend them to friends."

"Very professional company. Identified and fixed the foundation problems for at least my lifetime. Polite, non intrusive, reliable and hard working professionals. Very pleased with everything they did, felt like they did more than i expected."

"S&V, West Newton, MA We hired H&H to do a renovation of our yard in Newton. The scope included a new sod front lawn, a new little foundation bed in the backyard, and ornamental pruning, bed prep, and mulching throughout. H&H also coordinated and managed the installation of a new irrigation system. From their initial contact with us to the end of all work, H&H remained extremely communicative with us. They provided us with several options for services so that we could choose one that best fit our budget and needs and we really felt like every person on their crew and their irrigation subcontractor were there to do the best possible job for us. We are very pleased with the results! We look forward to using H&H for our future landscaping projects and would absolutely recommend them!"

"After conducting several virtual and on-site meeting with landscapers, we ultimately decided on using G&P. They are a local, family business that is a part of our community and that mattered to us. We first engaged Phil and Jance for a spring clean-up of our yard and front stone wall repair spring of 2019. They arrived on-time and as planned, conscious of mask-wearing an protocols. Phil and janice came up with a plan to not only address our stone wall, but also offered suggestions for a front of house facelift! This included an entire refresh of our overgrown bushes, new shrubs, and a beautiful new front walk and steps. he work was completed as planned and we couldn't be happier with the look a year later. We also reached out to Phil when we discovered a "sinkhole in our yard." To our relief, Phil determined it was an old dry well that he and his team quickly cleaned out and filled. We would never know it was a hole by looking at it now. This year we called on G&P for another Spring clean-up and to add some flowering shrubs. So happy with their suggestions and installations. They will also be coming back to complete a bulkhead repair for us. We love working with G&P and highly recommend this family business. Phil and Janice give us good piece of mind and we know our yard is in such good hands!"

"First impressions...courteous salesman, but given wrong time frame for work completion.... Customer Service....I called and was given a completion date that was about a month different than the salesman's date....BUT... I was called back by Customer Service (Tiffany) and given a new date that was only a day later than she called.... soooooooooo.... realizing that the weather and the holidays played a role in missing the initial date, I can now say that I'm very happy with the workmanship and professionalism of the whole RamJack New England experience. As it's only been 1 day since the work was done, I'm hopeful that the foundation crack problem has been solved. Time will tell."

"Cleber and team did an excellent job on repair of front brick steps (Nov 2019). He stands behind 100% customer satisfaction for his work and immediately returned for some minor rework. I highly recommend this company."

"Rick was reasonably priced and did a great job in repairing the crack and leak in my basement foundation wall. He showed on time, was personable, and completed the job in 2 hours, as promised. Would highly recommend him to anyone in need of this kind of foundation repair."

"We initially met Leisha (owner of Gardens by the Yard) in 2011 or 12 when we puchasd an Angie's List deal for $99 for landscape design.  At that time Leisha came up with a plan to change the landscaping in the front of the house which was overgrown and included two evergreens that were completely blocking sunlight into the living room.  Her plan included taking into account how much light and shade we got, and which animals were around that were likely to eat certain plants.  She also transplanted the plants she thought would benefit from that and still thrive.  We had her implement the plan and were extremely pleas with the results.  Whenever we asked her advice by email about the plants she was very helpful and she has an encyclopedic knowledge of the plants she uses.  When one of the plants didn't do well she replaced it without extra charge.  She would drive by occasionally and check on our property and send us an email if she was worried we weren't watering enough,, etc.  After that great experience we hired her again to draw up plans to redo the rest of the front yard.  The plans included a stone wall, replacing a damaged light post, cutting down trees and then grinding the stumps and regrading the property, new grass, and even taking down a large raised bed to created a natural play space for children.  Her ideas and plans were absolutely beautiful and we only regret that we couldn't implement them all because at that time we realized we were going to need to move for career reasons.  We did implement some of the plan and we couldn't ask for better results.  We also realized that we were way too busy this summer to keep up the lawn care so we asked her team to do the lawn maintenance and weeding, which they did faultlessly.  When it came time to show our house Leisha prioritized our timing needs for last-minute beautification of the house with placement of annuals and a large pot for the front steps, as well as mowing.  During the time that we worked with Leisha over the past few years there was a time when we wanted more frequent communication about timing updates, since the schedule of implementation can be a bit fluid depending on weather, etc.  Leisha has been so professional -- she is very open to feedback and implemented our requests immediately.  She is very accessible by email or text.  We have recommended Gardens by the Yard to others in town and highly recommend it without reservations to the Angie's list community.
