"I called JES Foundation Company for a free inspection of my crawl space. I was concerned about a crack in my foundation wall. JES inspector Richard Sheman Showed up to inspect my foundation. He sent a text with the time of his arrival. He was pleasant and on time. He went into my crawlspace and inspected the crack in the wall and stated I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable about the foundation and itâ  s structure. He explain to me how I could fix the superficial settling crack and save a bunch of money. The walls had cracks where water was leaking in.  A company representative came to our house at 8pm on a weeknight to discuss repair options. He discussed all available options as well as pricing and longevity pertaining to each option. They were mindful of our off white carpets and put floor coverings down for protection. While they were driling the cement in the basement and sealing the walls, they kept us informed on how the process was going and all the next steps needed.
