When I described the problem over the phone he gave an estimated price for the work, but when he came by to see it, he saw that the damage was less extensive than I had implied, and he lowered his price. He was able to repair the shelving structure instead of replace it and the drywall repair was simpler. He came out the next day and repaired it, even though he was busy. He was prompt, very pleasant and the price was more than fair. It was a very small job, but he took the time to do it anyway, and the quality of the work was excellent."
