It was an emergency situation as it was the first of many rains when the leaks were discovered. Alan came out the next day and was able to correct the situation in a couple days, before the next rain. Haven't seen any leaks since.

Problem is I've tried to reach Alan recently for a several weeks, by phone, text and email to discuss new work but haven't had any response. Growing concerned.

We called them up to set up an appointment and had a time set for a design consultation. We met with Mike the head designer and let me tell you, I was delighted by the ideas and suggestion he had come up with, as opposed to others he listened to what we wanted and just tweaked the design to make it more user friendly, even the price was appealing. we then set a date to start and two weeks later we had a completed new bathroom that we just love.
