Jeff guided us through the inevitable ebbs and flows, from variances and permits to tear down and construction. When we hit a couple challenges, Jeff helped us navigate the issues and keep the job on track. "Mike was prompt, efficient and professional during the estimate phase. He was very accomodating as it took a bit to secure the funds. When we were ready, he provided an approximate date to begin and end the work. His roofing crew was friendly, professional and hard-working. They listened to any questions I had and tried to accommodate us. Mike was in communication every day of the project and very interested in making sure we were completely satisfied. Because of the size of the roof, it became a two-day project and Mike was apologetic. We never considered it a problem and the crew started before 7:00 am every morning. There were a few extra things provided by Mike and his crew, some tree trimming, a couple of nails tidying up a sagging garage door and a little extra cleanup around the house. We are very satisfied with Agape Construction and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the for any project. You can trust Mike and his crew.

"Scott and his team are wonderful. After recently being scammed by a contractor that we hired to remodel my parent's home, I had to quickly find someone who is honest and reliable. I called Illinois Remodeling Consultants and explained our situation to Scott and he was quick to help us. He immediately went over to the property and gave us his honest observations. Because my parents were taken advantage of, he made sure that they did not have the same experience. His prices are completely fair and he even helped us with that. He took care of everything. We are so grateful to have Scott on our side. He is the best project manager and makes sure that everything is done. We are having the bathroom and floors remodeled and the back door fixed. Later this year or next year we will work with him to have the kitchen done. The photos that I am attaching are of the unfinished bathroom, but you can tell the high quality of their work. They are awesome."

They are very responsive so when you call you get a service person almost immediately, which is pretty amazing for the area we live in. But, they don't cover as much as they say they do. For example, out garage door opener broke and we called out a service person. He said it was due to water damage and we are in a drought. It is hanging from the top of our garage and there is no water in the whole garage. It seems incredibly stupid and if I were to contest that I could have another service person come out and if they found the same thing I would have to pay that, too. So I could just buy another garage door opener for that amount of hassle. It is not as comprehensive as I had hoped it would be. They don't have great customer service when you call to set up your account, but when you go to get a service that is where they really shine. In terms of setting up this policy I think if I signed up I was going to get a $25 Amazon gift card and my dad was supposed to get one too but it took us about a year to get it. Nobody knew what we were talking about. We signed up under that offer and nobody knew anything about it. In terms of when something breaks there is someone out the same day or next day. I think it costs between $35 and $45 a month. For that amount I can have about 8-10 covered appliances. All the service providers they have sent have been really great.

"When looking to install my opener, I went to the box store first to shop. I found the opener I wanted and debated installing myself. After looking at instructions and the estimated 6-8 hour install (seemed high to me...), I wanted to see how much a pro would cost. The box stores had recommendations and they said 2-4 hours. Jim from nation serve called me within minutes of my inquiry and gave me an estimate on the spot. Yes, he was more expensive than the box stores, but he helped me find value in paying extra. He explained that their rail was a single piece instead of 5 like the box store versions and how a multi piece affects longevity (and helps install time!). He and his teams specialize in the doors unlike the box store installers that are general installers. Their team would go the extra mile to make sure my door was working correctly and even lubricated the door, rails, hinges when they were out. Bottom line: yes they were more expensive but I recommend them to others. Jim was great to deal with and was responsive. Knowing I have an opener installer who stands behind their work is worth the piece of mind for me. In addition, they installer was done in 45 minutes! Great work team. I'm sending my dad your way as we speak."
