"My Service Tech was on time and very professional. He submitted a quote and for the repair I needed was the best price. An earlier company quoted that the job required 2.5 hours and Precision quoted 30 minutes and could do the job right now. Other company couldnâ t schedule until a later date. "Mr. Doberman did an excellent job. Included me in all the decisions. I was told information I did not know. No pressure. Very happy with the service. I could have gone for a cheaper price but went with Doberman. As for the wait for the door and spring, there was a minimum requirement, and I was told a better source to get them from, and I am going to be happy in the long run that they will not break so often. Gave me the information I needed to make my decision. The door is heavy, and they went with bigger and did an excellent job and in a timely manner. Did what he said he was going to do. I did also have a temporary fix till the job was done. Five-star rating all the way!"
