"Pelletier replaced my 2 zone oil furnace and 2 separate hot water heaters, one natural gas and one electric with a new natural gas heating / hot water system 3 years ago. I continue to use them for my preventive check up yearly. I was extremely pleased from the first meeting where a complete review of the entire home was performed and a recommendation was made including a price quote. I initially had contacted 3 companies, for quotes and Pelletier's was the middle price. I was also impressed with their professionalism. This was a fairly large job, seeing it was a Multi floor house with two independent systems running both upstairs and the main floor. They also explained to me how adding a heat pump system to the house would help make heating my house less expensive during fall and spring. I hired Aire Serve because Southern Connecticut Gas' customer service would not give me a technician arrival time window of less than 24 hours. I have a service contract with SCG but couldn't accept the idea I might have to wait a whole day for heat. When the Aire Serve technician learned that I had a service contract with SCG, he pointed out additional work my heating system needed and recommended I contact SCG to do that additional work to save myself money.
