"Smart Heating and Air Conditioning was very responsive and came out when we really needed them. We were without heat as our old furnace no longer worked and our AC was on its last leg. Mike came out to give us a quote which was the best out of three that we had. He went over all options with us and now we are very satisfied to have a new and efficient heating and AC system. "Appointment was scheduled between 8am-4pm. Waited all day for the tech (Jeremiah) to arrive. Then received a phone call a little after 3pm indicating they needed to reschedule for the next day almost at the last moment. Needless to say, we got off to a rocky start, but Jeremiah did finally show up around 5pm, isolated the problem in less then 5 minutes, showed me what to do and what not to do when changing batteries out of the thermostat, and pointed out which fuse had blown keeping the furnace from coming on. In conclusion, they made this right, I received a well-needed lesson on minor furnace maintenance, and was able to get the furnace working again. Would I hire this company again? Absolutely, and if you are having problems with your furnace, you might want to consider these people as well!"

"Sales rep (Tim) was professional, providing an on-site assessment and recommendations for furnace replacement. He also walked me through the installation process and benefits of the recommended furnaces vs our budget. Installation team (Alvaro & Joaquin) was professional, friendly & communicated what to expect. Discovered that delivered furnace was switched to another one due to conflict with our local codes. After they made phone calls with their home office, an acceptable solution was provided that met my expected furnace performance and stayed within the quoted cost. Another ABC staff member picked up an upgraded furnace and delivered it to our house. Installation was smooth and crew cleaned up after themselves. We were left with a "warm" feeling about ABC!"

"We had an excellent experience with Alanis Air HVAC. We are in an older house, and the installation of mini-split units with a heat pump was the most efficient solution to our heating and cooling situation. John, Santiago, and Jose provided expert installation. They were extremely efficient, and also tireless. Santiago and Jose came and worked into the night on several occasions to make this project work on time. They also handled carpentry and repainting. In the end we have an efficient, highly effective new system. These gentlemen were extremely pleasant to work with and totally accommodating of our schedule. I would definitely recommend them again. I should mention that this installation was a major economic commitment, and we are totally satisfied with the work and with the relationship we had with John and Alanis."
