Their crew (Blake, Nick) was highly skilled, hard working and exceptionally professional as they performed their work. Blake and Nick returned a couple of days later to check in with us, provide additional filters, make sure system was working correctly and ensure we understood thermostat functions. Cummings was very reasonable in their quote for work completed. We would highly recommend them for a furnace/heat pump replacement."

"The Good: our furnace failed. They showed up that day and fixed it that day. Not So Good: I gave them the make, model, and serial number of the furnace, and the error code coming off the system board that pointed to a specific part. They showed up without that part. To be fair, they were already in the field so they get a free pass on that. Troubleshooting was brief and the part was right on the front of the furnace. Couple screws and a few wire disconnects so the actual replacement time was minutes. The part costs about $50. The total bill was $621. I paid for a journeyman and an apprentice who did not do anything so he did not learn and I got dinged a bit much in the pricing. The bill had zero detail. Just the part and the price."

They were troopers and worked diligently and happily until the end. I was well-informed throughout the process and they didn’t leave until I had heat restored to the home.
