"I hired northeast heating and cooling to replace my aging heating A/C system. This was a fairly large job, seeing it was a Multi floor house with two independent systems running both upstairs and the main floor. They also explained to me how adding a heat pump system to the house would help make heating my house less expensive during fall and spring. They replaced the entire upstairs duct work and reconfigured the entire house to run balanced and efficient. He did thorough inspections of my HVAC systems (gas furnace and out door AC unit/fan). He cleaned and made replacements where needed. In particular my Sauermann neutralizer cartridge needed cleaning. "Pelletier replaced my 2 zone oil furnace and 2 separate hot water heaters, one natural gas and one electric with a new natural gas heating / hot water system 3 years ago. I continue to use them for my preventive check up yearly. I was extremely pleased from the first meeting where a complete review of the entire home was performed and a recommendation was made including a price quote. I initially had contacted 3 companies, for quotes and Pelletier's was the middle price. I was also impressed with their professionalism. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work.
