"Overall, we were very satisfied with the knowledge and quality of work that Covenant LLC provided. We had Covenant LLC install a radon mitigation system for our basement. Initially my husband and I met with David for the estimate and consultation. David spent the time to explain how radon can get into the basement, what the system would look like, and how he was going to make sure it was working. After meeting with David at Covenant, we met with a competitor who were definitely not as knowledgeable, were not going to seal any of the cracks or holes in the foundation or even follow industry standard by venting through the roof of the house. The day of install the crew was personable and professional and if they had any questions, they asked. The 3" pipe that Covenant had to install to run through a closet and into the attic. In order to do this, they had to drill through the porcelain title floors and run through 3 shelves. They spent extra time to jig-saw cut the shelves around the pipes and they took special care not to crack any of the porcelain tiles and when finished it looked like it was built with the house. After completion, Covenant came back and tested the radon levels which were reduced to below their guarantee, which itself is orders of magnitude below the EPA limit. We were probably not the easiest clients to work with as we had Covenant move the roof penetration several times until the noise was completely unnoticeable. David was always polite and professional and he wouldn't be satisfied with the job until we were satisfied. We highly recommend Covenant Air to anyone who is considering these services."

There continued to be problems within the systems of the computer. Luckily Jim charges by the job and not by the hour because he worked a LONG time to make it all work.  He kept in touch with me and addressed each issue as it arose until the job was done.  He was professional and courteous and hung in there until I was satisfied he had addressed everything. "I was quoted a higher price from another contractor and chose to let Wooley Brothers do the work for a price that was much lower.  They started the job right on schedule and finished it that same day.  I am not a ducting expert but I know what my old ductwork looked like before they replaced it and from what I can see, everything looks good and I have noticed an improvement in both my heat temperature and the cool air from the air conditioner. I think they should get an "A" for punctuality, workmanship and very fair price.  They cleaned up all the old ductwork debris and hauled it off."

The Furnace works great. I had it installed 2 years ago.
The A/C work well as well. I had it install ~1 Year about
I had teh water heater installed about the same time. Works great.
And Lastly, I had the Roof-work completed. The only problem that I had with the roof is that they had to replace the baseboards on the roof. They should have caught that at the begenning. I had to pay an extra $5,000. I'm still happy with the end product."
