He did not try to tell me I need a new furnace like the other companies, even though that is mostly his business (installing new systems). We have an older house that required a complete new system including ducts and relocation of the furnace/AC unit. BFS gave us a detailed quote and discussed options for our system. Quick and clean instillation with two knowledgeable and friendly employees."

"Found nothing bad in 2-year old furnace for tune-up. Said exchanger was getting dried out which might have mean he noticed some black flakes where brittleness might have started. Got an inspection camera to record the shown defect to log, and compare in next furnace checkup. Thinks my Bryant furnace is crap (his words), and only recommends Lennox and Courier, but no one contacted via Angi offered those brands. He did not find anything wrong, but seems he wants to setup a scenario for later repairs. He could be right, but I doubt a $12K furnace is crap."

"Kody did a fantastic job. His communication skills,expertise, knowledge of his products, timeliness, job site tidiness and fair pricing were greatly appreciated.
