"These guys are absolutely awesome! We had a cracked heat exchanger and it was dangerous to continue heating because of carbon monoxide leaking. The original duct work was all done incorrectly and caused the furnace (and A/C} to overwork. We had their representative, Danny come to our house one afternoon to give us a bid for heating, duct replacement, and air conditioning. Well, by the next morning we had we had a whole team of guys here and ready to start work on the job. I still don't know how they managed to pull it all together so fast! They had the new furnace, duct work and air conditioner all here and ready to be installed! These guys were all awesome. They worked so hard, and they went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with what they were doing. We would DEFINITELY recommend using Total Comfort and their great team! "Mr. Ferrell came to my home and picked up my dinosaur of a computer...a 2005 Dell Desktop. For all intents and purposes, it was barely running. If I was lucky, I was able to check my gmail and sometimes send a response. Mr. Ferrell picked up my computer on his DAY OFF (Friday) and returned it to me on LABOR DAY. He said that my computer had over 7,000 viruses on it. It was the most he had ever seen! What I got back from him on Labor Day was the computer I purchased in 2005, but much better.
Mr. Ferrell installed an ENTIRE new operating system, he upgraded my ram, he re-installed his FREE virus protection. Mr. Ferrell backed and restored ALL of my data. And, if that was not enough, he updated my hardware system. And, he charged me $125 which I think is an incredible price due to the fact he gave me a BRAND NEW COMPUTER.
Mr. Ferrell is extremely professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient with his time and your money. I just started using my new computer this week and I am in heaven. No more viruses...no more waiting 10 minutes to pull up a website...and no more having to pull out all of my cords out of my modem and rebooting my computer. I am thrilled with the job that Mr. Ferrell did and I would recommend him to anyone.

"Bryan with Kaduce provided a range of options for replacing our system. He walked us through the costs and benefits of each option for our cabin. The install crew was friendly and did a good job installing they mini-split system we selected. They also completed the rebate process with the power company and registered our system with Carrier. The system is operating great. Very comfortable and much more energy efficient than our previous heating and cooling system. I would definitely choose Kaduce again."

"Hal Morris had done other work at our home, so when I called him with the need for a fence, I knew I would get something unique. I needed a fence tall enough to keep the rabbits out of my vegetable garden, but short enough for me to step over, and with removable sections so I could get a roto-tiller or other equipment _into_ the garden. Hal designed a fence that fit the bill elegantly. The removable sections--which he designed with an ingenious bracket system--are sturdy and reliable. The fence is beautiful: I have probably gotten ten compliments on it from alley passers-by. Perhaps best of all, Hal convinced me to turn the back of the garden fence into a trellis for pole beans. This summer crop was a bumper one, and the trellis helped to make it so. If you need an artistic but practical solution to your fence or decking needs, employ Hal Morris."

"The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
