"Canâ t say enough goods things about Onofreo Home Comfort Systems. Itâ s all in the name , Home Comfort. This is the second time I had the pleasure of using their great service. From start to finish, from Kelly at the office , to all the service men and women, to the owner Mark himself, this team is amazing at what they all do. Customer service , simply amazing, and their work is impeccable. They installed a new heating system transfer from oil to natural gas. What ease they made it, again start to finish. When I needed them again to help move some pipes to help with a renovation they were there once again pleasant as ever like weâ ve been good friends for a long time. This is how you should do business, friendly , experience, accommodating, reasonable if not amazing price , and all around great work at the end of the day. Would 1,000 percent recommend to anyone with a home with heat or air. I am using them for air now as well , when you find a good thing stick with it , I did ."

"Joe and his crew did an excellent job installing new boiler and indirect hot water system. I made the decision to convert to gas and replace my 21 year old oil fired boiler. "The appointment was made within 2 days of contacting them. The technician (Brian) was punctual for a 7:30 am appointment. Once there, Brian did a fantastic job of communicating the services that he was performing and kept me very informed about the status of the AC system. He found some issues that had been previously overlooked by former HVAC technicians and provided me with a very detailed understanding of what the outlook for my unit should be in the future. I noticed an immediate improvement in the cooling of the house as well as the air quality. "I hired northeast heating and cooling to replace my aging heating A/C system. This was a fairly large job, seeing it was a Multi floor house with two independent systems running both upstairs and the main floor. They also explained to me how adding a heat pump system to the house would help make heating my house less expensive during fall and spring. They replaced the entire upstairs duct work and reconfigured the entire house to run balanced and efficient. I couldn't be any happier with the work that was done in the house I would highly recommend them. Thank you Guy's for your hard work and dedication to get this system working amazing!"

"Bruce really listened to how I answered his questions and designed a natural-gas fueled steam boiler system that met all the requirements with the expansion potential I requested. During pre-installation logistics and the day of installation, Bruce and his crew were on-time, courteous and professional. Their work demonstrated the benefits of hiring a fully credentialed company, skilled and experienced at their craft. They completed their work in one very long day so that I could avoid a night without heat during a stretch of very cold January days. "I have the Total Mechanical Systems Total Comfort plan. It is wonderful I purchased the Comfort Plan when we installed our HVAC System. This is a great service plan for a reasonable rate. You get check ups on your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.,You also have access to repair services, electricians, and plumbers at a discounted rate. Great overall plan to maintain your home or condo. Recently I had my annual Furnace/HVAC check up. The technician, Marquez, was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Marquez really knew his stuff and explained to me how my furnace works and what the telltale signs are that I might need repairs. Fortunately I have not needed any repairs thanks to their great maintenance plan!"

"After another vendor recommended major repairs to a central AC system, so I called Parker Heating and Cooling to get another quote. Although I did not ask for a diagnosis, Jeremy inspected the system and discovered an overlooked minor problem, which he took care of. His diligence and honesty saved us thousands of dollars! Jeremy was very responsive and easy to deal with and checked back to make sure the problem was resolved. These days "five stars" has diminished in meaning, but this truly was excellent service!"
