"Mr. Ferrell came to my home and picked up my dinosaur of a computer...a 2005 Dell Desktop.  For all intents and purposes, it was barely running.  If I was lucky, I was able to check my gmail and sometimes send a response.  Mr. Ferrell picked up my computer on his DAY OFF (Friday) and returned it to me on LABOR DAY.  He said that my computer had over 7,000 viruses on it. "I was quoted a higher price from another contractor and chose to let Wooley Brothers do the work for a price that was much lower.  They started the job right on schedule and finished it that same day.  I am not a ducting expert but I know what my old ductwork looked like before they replaced it and from what I can see, everything looks good and I have noticed an improvement in both my heat temperature and the cool air from the air conditioner. I think they should get an "A" for punctuality, workmanship and very fair price.  They cleaned up all the old ductwork debris and hauled it off."
