"In June of this year, an old (32 yrs. old) self-contained unit decided it was time to retire and communication was lost on the upstairs split system. With a family reunion scheduled within a few days the family at Giesbrecht installed new duct work to the upstairs to supply cool air until the part for the split system was delivered and a new self-contained unit was installed. Although I was an existing customer (2 new units about 6 yrs ago), this type of customer service was over and beyond any expectations. The amount of people and communication from the office to support all the work that was involved was outstanding. There were many people at Giesbrecht, on the ground and at the office, that supported these activities that were necessary to complete all of the work involved. "I was very impressed with Robin, my Energy Sharks service professional.  He was on-time, personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and did almost everything I needed to be done (he was not the ductwork professional, so he was only able to do a visual inspection - however, he arranged for them to call me back in two days to see if his servicing provided any improvement to the low air-flow issue).  I had literally just moved into this house, and knew that it had been vacant for about a year, and that it definitely needed an HVAC tune-up, but I was also concerned about the non-existent air-flow to one bedroom.  When I called Energy Sharks, at first I was confused because they answered the phone Pro-Care, but Leah was very pleasant and explained that both companies were under one roof.  She was very delightful, and was concerned, wanting to get me scheduled as quickly as possible, especially when I explained the situation with the non-existent air-flow to one bedroom.  She made me feel good about choosing this company.  And, when Robin arrived, it didn't take long for me to feel very happy about my choice!  I used to work as an HVAC receptionist years ago, so I can honestly say that he was one of the "good guys".  He went out of his way to make sure that everything he could do was done at the most efficient level possible, without charging me an outrageous fee.  I was beyond impressed when he took the extra time to tape down the interior insulation on my air handler, but was even more impressed when he found some wiring that had become dangerous, and took the time to replace it, so that we were safe.  Thank you, Robin!  He admitted that he was not the ductwork professional, and that he would not be able to do much more than a visual inspection regarding my ductwork concerns (the ductwork was not really very accessible, unfortunately).  But, he did advise that if the problem persisted after his tune-up that I have their energy professional or ductwork professional come out to further investigate the situation.  I was delighted to learn that they have a contracting department (Pro-Care) that can assist if we need to cut an access hole on the other side of the house, so they can access the unreachable ductwork.  At this time, I would most definitely recommend Robin and Energy Sharks to others!  Now, all I need to do is wait a few days to see if his tune-up did the trick, or if they will need to come back to do further analysis of my situation."

There continued to be problems within the systems of the computer. Luckily Jim charges by the job and not by the hour because he worked a LONG time to make it all work.  He kept in touch with me and addressed each issue as it arose until the job was done.  He was professional and courteous and hung in there until I was satisfied he had addressed everything. I would highly recommend Jim and will definitely use his services in the future, as needed.

"So far when Choice Home Warranty is needed they are right trying all there mite to complete what need that I have. I call about my heating system today and they started right then trying to locate a technician to repair or as they say replace. I just know it's very cold and we need the heat very much there is small children in the home. I believe the CHW will do what they say they'll do and more."

the system. He came out on time and started working right away. Removed
all vents and clean and santized the covers. Brushed each one out and
vacuumed each vent. Sprayed cleaning solution in the system and the
smell is very nice. He also changed my filter for me. He asked if I wanted my dryer vent cleaned and he
offered me a deal to have that cleaned as well.  Victor was very
