He was very thorough, cleaned and tuned everything up, and in addition, explained to me how the whole system worked, and what all those pipes and wires do, exactly. (Who knew there's a little light that blinks out a code if something is wrong?) Very happy with the service.

"The Technician told me that my air Conditioner need to be replaced so 5 working days later a salesmen came to my house and we decided to replace both the A/C and my old furnace I realize there is a big demand for replacement now but I have been suffering in this heat. Recently we were lucky enough to come in contact with Goettls High Desert Mechanical (actually through a local mailer).  We called them out for an HVAC duct test for our home which is about 14 years old.  Dustin Goettl was the technician who arrived for the test. In addition to being on-time he was very friendly, courteous and professional, completing the test efficiently and then taking the time to explain the findings.  A week later, he again arrived (on-time) with a helper and completed the process to seal the leakage in our ductworks.  They completed the process in less time than forewarned, reassembled all the equipment and cleaned-up after themselves - a very professional service call!

The best part is - our home is much warmer now.  I am anxious to see our next APS bill and determine what the savings might be!  Going forward I will use Goettl for annual cleaning and maintenance of our HVAC system.

"I contacted Alltech Solutions, Inc., for a swamp cooler repair. The water was not reaching the cooler, and it was very, very hot in my home, and my backup, room-sized AC units didn't even phase the 100+ temps outside. They kindly scheduled me on the Friday just prior to the Memorial Day Weekend, since I called them on Thursday. I wasn't expecting that they could fit me in for the next day, but they did. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
