Brought in worn parts to explain what happened, noticed that cooler is missing drain pieces & suggested we call him before using refrigerated AC. Heater is working now, and we are SO GRATEFUL for Mike coming out same-day!"

The service individuals changed the thermostat and monitored its operation - the cooling issue was not resolved. They indicated that they would return on Wednesday, August 13, 2025.
