"To start, I put in for an emergency call to Freschi and was told they would call me 30 minutes before. They never called me back. Freschi sucks!!!I I also put in a request on HomeAdvisor on Thursday night and was given Global Warming Heating and Air as one of their verified contractors. I got a call at 7am from Rudy. I called back around 830am and we made an appointment for 1130am. He showed up at 1105am and quickly diagnosed the problem. He recommended replacing the furnace(which houses the blower assembly) due to the cost of repairs and its 17 year old condition. He didn t try to up sell me for an entire new system. He said my AC is working well so there s no need to replace it. I decided to replace the furnace and he said he d be back around 130pm. Rudy and his crew were back by 1pm. From the start of demo to it running again was less than 2 hours. Rudy s customer service is top notch!! From now on, I will only be calling Global Warming Heating and Air. "We had to upgrade our old furnace and AC so we decided to look around and call a couple companies to come and give us a quote. We decided to go with Smart heating and air, their prices were upfront and fair. We got our systems installed in a very professional manner. All the technicians wore masks, they used foot covers and put down cloths to protect our floors. After they installed they tested both ac and heater to make sure it was working. The cool thing about it is that we can control the temperature with our nest app without getting up with our phone. "My HVAC unit was 20 years old needed consistent repair, and my ducks where leaking. It was time for a new unit. I also wanted to relocate the condenser to improve my back yard space. He suggested relocating the condenser to a side of the house and changing it to a suitcase type unit. He also came up with the creative solution of adding a 2nt inlet in another part of the house to reduce noise and improve airflow. The other contractors wanted to enlarge and or relocate the existing inlet which would have been an ugly mess. I now have an extremely efficient 2 stage unit installed correctly and he beat the other quotes. Entire product was completed in 2 days. I couldnâ t be happier."
