"Mr. Ferrell came to my home and picked up my dinosaur of a computer...a 2005 Dell Desktop.  For all intents and purposes, it was barely running.  If I was lucky, I was able to check my gmail and sometimes send a response.  Mr. Ferrell picked up my computer on his DAY OFF (Friday) and returned it to me on LABOR DAY.  He said that my computer had over 7,000 viruses on it. "The work crew arrived on time and set up to begin work in empty unit after I demo'd old windows. They made cut-outs where necessary and installed the new windows, then insulated and caulked and did the trim work inside and out. It took most of the week. My property manager scheduled with the tenants. The tenants all liked the new look and extra light and ventilation! These new windows should improve the insulating factor from the other ones.
