"Excellent! We did a whole house remodel in 2013 and Holtzople installed the geothermal system. Our utility costs went way down compared to our previous oil furnace and electric central air conditioning system. We then signed up for their semi-annual maintenance agreement so they send a technician out every year for a tune up and cleaning before the heating season and again before the cooling season. Big shout out to Kevin, the technician who usually performs the maintenance, for his professionalism and friendliness. For 8 years now we've been enjoying care free climate control in our home at a lower price than I ever would have imagined. I highly recommend Holtzople for their products and service and Geothermal for efficiency."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. "I had a high efficacy heat pump system installed by ARS 11/2 ago. I am used to gas furnace so understanding how heat pump works is an education. The mechanic was very patient in explaining how it works and what to look for if there is an issue. Of course this cold season a got an high unexpected bill from the electric company and was baffled because of the amount I spent on this high efficiency unit. They came out looked at and found no issue. They explained this was a very unusual cold season and the unit performed accordingly for sub freezing condition. They did leave a card and said if I see anytjing that look unusual please give them a call asap. The mechanic was very knowledgeable."

"My experience with him was top notch. He was accommodating to my schedule. I work nights and he was willing to come to my home in the early evening instead of normal business hours. He assured me the fix of the leak would hold until the end of summer but there was a chance that I may need a new unit next summer since the unit is over 10 years old and the leak was pretty severe. I had no other trouble with the unit the rest of the summer. His price was reasonable and he was friendly and efficienct. If I need a new unit next summer I will definitely use Tetteris Heating and Air for the replacement."
