"Overall, we were very satisfied with the knowledge and quality of work that Covenant LLC provided. We had Covenant LLC install a radon mitigation system for our basement. Initially my husband and I met with David for the estimate and consultation. David spent the time to explain how radon can get into the basement, what the system would look like, and how he was going to make sure it was working. After meeting with David at Covenant, we met with a competitor who were definitely not as knowledgeable, were not going to seal any of the cracks or holes in the foundation or even follow industry standard by venting through the roof of the house. The day of install the crew was personable and professional and if they had any questions, they asked. The 3" pipe that Covenant had to install to run through a closet and into the attic. In order to do this, they had to drill through the porcelain title floors and run through 3 shelves. They spent extra time to jig-saw cut the shelves around the pipes and they took special care not to crack any of the porcelain tiles and when finished it looked like it was built with the house. After completion, Covenant came back and tested the radon levels which were reduced to below their guarantee, which itself is orders of magnitude below the EPA limit. We were probably not the easiest clients to work with as we had Covenant move the roof penetration several times until the noise was completely unnoticeable. David was always polite and professional and he wouldn't be satisfied with the job until we were satisfied. We highly recommend Covenant Air to anyone who is considering these services."

"I have an Old Republic home warranty and this company was the only one to say they could come same day to repair my smoking furnace after the weather dropped to 25*.  I was a little skeptical because I'd never heard of them before and the man I spoke with had a very very thick southern accent, but they showed up the same day, at the time they said they would be there. They two men were both extremely knowledgable and explained everything that was going wrong and why. Companies that work for warranty service do not get paid as much as they would normally, but this company treated me as if I were a regular customer ,which I am not used to. They even went to the trouble of repairing a freon leak where my hvac unit had been moved. I would never have known it was there, but he noticed it and took care of it. Their prices were very low, they were hard working and kind, and now my heat is working beautifully. All around an A+ company.

"Mr. Ferrell came to my home and picked up my dinosaur of a computer...a 2005 Dell Desktop.  For all intents and purposes, it was barely running.  If I was lucky, I was able to check my gmail and sometimes send a response.  Mr. Ferrell picked up my computer on his DAY OFF (Friday) and returned it to me on LABOR DAY.  He said that my computer had over 7,000 viruses on it. It was the most he had ever seen!  What I got back from him on Labor Day was the computer I purchased in 2005, but much better.

"I was quoted a higher price from another contractor and chose to let Wooley Brothers do the work for a price that was much lower.  They started the job right on schedule and finished it that same day.  I am not a ducting expert but I know what my old ductwork looked like before they replaced it and from what I can see, everything looks good and I have noticed an improvement in both my heat temperature and the cool air from the air conditioner. I think they should get an "A" for punctuality, workmanship and very fair price.  They cleaned up all the old ductwork debris and hauled it off."

"The furnace is functioning properly! However it was discovered that the air conditioning fan did not come on and it caused an error in the thermostat and shut down the system. The repairman got the fan going but when he left the same system malfunction happened again! In talking with the repairman, he needs a day that is warm to be able to perform diagnostic tests. It does not look like we will have warm enough weather for at least 2 to 3 weeks!!"
