And, he charged me $125 which I think is an incredible price due to the fact he gave me a BRAND NEW COMPUTER.
Mr. Ferrell is extremely professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient with his time and your money.  I just started using my new computer this week and I am in heaven.  No more viruses...no more waiting 10 minutes to pull up a website...and no more having to pull out all of my cords out of my modem and rebooting my computer.  I am thrilled with the job that Mr. Ferrell did and I would recommend him to anyone.

"The Technician seem to know his job and seems very experienced in it. He explained why the furnace was not allowing heat to through. There was a part that had to be checked every few years and cleaned. And he did it put the back inside the furnace and the heat started."

"John and his crew were so wonderful to work with.  As the supervisor of such a big project, John was clear-minded and calm, and made it easy for me to chart our progress for the 200 congregants who were critiquing the work over a 4 month period.  Improvement Pros LLC painted all walls and very high ceilings, installed lighting,  removed and reinstalled a very fragile stained glass art piece, built a new altar platform and covered it in hardwood, installed new carpeting, repaired detailed cabinets and collaborated with our sound engineer to install a new AV system.   They did all of this within the limitations of a weekly church service (which meant everything had to be completely cleaned up and ready every Sunday morning) , within odd hours of operation, and with a woman minister (me), who had no construction experience, at the helm.
