"Smart Heating and Air Conditioning was very responsive and came out when we really needed them. We were without heat as our old furnace no longer worked and our AC was on its last leg. Mike came out to give us a quote which was the best out of three that we had. He went over all options with us and now we are very satisfied to have a new and efficient heating and AC system. "Alanis was prompt in their response to my request for our condenser replacement. We replaced our furnace 4 years ago, then our ac went out when it was 90° outside. John said it was over 30 years old so we decided to replace it. He gave us a great price on a 5 ton Bryant condenser. Best deal out of 3 other companies. The next morning, the team came out and were finished by noon when it started heating up. System works great! Thanks guys."

"Jim's Air Systems had the best value for my dollar. They supplied me with better equipment than they quoted for the same price. They completed the entire installation in about five hours. They protected my floors with tarps and were very careful to protect my walls as they moved equipment in and out.
