"I live in Northern Michigan at this time. My mother in law which is 83 year old is living in our home in Kingman, Az. I worry so much about her as she is elderly & lives there in state of Az. by herself. So when something like the furnace stopped working, I had no ideal who to call, I went to Angie's list got some good reviews on Air Control Air Conditioning, Inc . So I called them. So glad I went to Angie's list. This company is amazing is all I can say. They got out their in 2 1/2 hours. Made sure she was ok, and Fix the furnace. Only charged me the initial estimate charge. I can't say enough on how wonderful it is to have someone there to make sure everything is ok. I'm going to upgrade my furnace to a newer unit, as the one in their is over 20 years old. Jim the repair person was so nice he gave me the option on making due now for a while or fixing it for good. And the different ways we can go about it. Peace of mind goes a long way. And Jim as well as Karri in office are a God send. Thank you so much for being such amazing people, and a wonderful business that I can trust and rely on. These days that is a VERY rare quality in a business. I paid 70.00 for this visit. But will be spending more, and feeling safe and secure about it."

"The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
