"The replacement of my a/c ( with indoor coil) and furnace was handled in an extremely professional way. Holtzople Heating and AC helped me to find the best replacement units for my 20 year old Trane system. I am impressed with the knowledge of the sales person sent to provide quotes. I am also impressed by the skill and meticulous care that the installers took while replacing my entire heating and cooling system. Within a day, they took out my old system, installed the new system up to factory specs, tested and made sure all phases of heating and cooling were functioning as they should, and cleaned up, taking away all of the old unit, leaving nothing behind. The last thing the head installer told me was that a quality control team would be in touch and be coming in within the next two weeks to make sure everything was continuing to operate as it should. This attention to detail, and customer satisfaction is what has impressed me the most about Holtzople Hearing and A/C."

"DC Area - Presidential Heating. We have a two-zone system to cover basement+first floor and separately the second floor and both failed, unbelievably, within a few days of each other while on a trip. Late morning on a Sunday I googled emergency HVAC and saw all these 2 star companies and then I saw an impossibly high rating for Presidential Heating and that they don't charge extra for weekends. Ayite (fantastic) came out and fixed both systems and they were way more than reasonable. And now we have heat upstairs and downstairs! yaaaaaaaa. Our previous HVAC company got their scruples from the Sopranos while Presidential is a godsend."

When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The heating consultant that they sent, Alex H, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He provided us with estimates for a number of options - similar to those from other HVAC companies that quoted for this work. A day later I received a call from Blue Dot offering a discount on that quote and we accepted that quote. Alex made the one and a half hour drive to visit with us again, to walk us through the contract details, and to explain install process. This was a really nice touch as usually contracts are signed electronically these days.
